The season is truly in full swing in Borovets. The conditions are superb and excellent skiing and snowboarding is available on all the runs. For the more adventurous there are acres of off piste and powder snow to be explored. And after a hard days skiing why not retire to one of the many bars and restaurants to enjoy the local hospitality.

Work on the first Super Borovets gondola is continuing but at a slower pace due to the heavy amount of snow in the area. The main infrastructure and drainage are being put in place ready to start construction of the gondola when the snow clears in spring. 2008 promises to be a very exciting year for Borovets with the start of the expansion plans that will see the resort grow to over 120km of pistes and become the most exclusive ski location in Eastern Europe.
